2. Registration & Enrollment
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.Enrollment is non-transferable and applies only to the registered individual.
3. Course Access & Usage
Course materials are for personal learning only and cannot be shared, copied, or resold.Access to course content is provided as per the duration mentioned at the time of enrollment.Violation of intellectual property rights may lead to legal action.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments must be made before accessing the course.Refunds are available within 5 days of enrollment, subject to a 10% deduction for processing fees.No refunds will be provided for discounted courses or promotional enrollments.
5. Internship & Certification
Internship opportunities are subject to eligibility and successful completion of required tasks.Certifications will only be awarded upon meeting the assessment criteria.TechGSInterns holds the right to reject certification requests if requirements are not met.
6. Code of Conduct
Any misuse of course content, abusive behavior, or policy violations may lead to account suspension without a refund.Users must maintain a professional and ethical approach while interacting with mentors and peers.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
TechGSInterns does not guarantee job placements after course completion.We are not responsible for technical issues affecting access to the platform.Decisions based on course learnings are solely at the user’s risk.
8. Amendments to Terms
TechGSInterns reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Users are advised to review this section periodically.
